Windows Email Setup
Configure your email on Windows using webmail or Microsoft Outlook
This guide will help you access your DigiGrow email on your Windows computer. We offer two options, but we strongly recommend using webmail for the best security and privacy.
What You'll Need
- Your DigiGrow email address (like yourname@yourdomain.com)
- Your email password (provided by DigiGrow)
- An internet connection
✅ RECOMMENDED OPTION: Webmail
The easiest and most secure way to access your DigiGrow email on Windows.
Why We Recommend Webmail:
- 🔒 Maximum Security - Your login details never leave DigiGrow's secure servers
- 🌐 Access Anywhere - Works on any computer with internet
- 📱 Consistent Experience - Same interface on all devices
- 🔄 Always Up-to-Date - No software to install or update
- 💾 Automatic Sync - All your emails, contacts, and calendar in one place
How to Access Webmail:
- Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Go to:
mail.yourdomain.com- Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name
- Example: If your email is john@mybusiness.co.uk, go to mail.mybusiness.co.uk
- Log in using:
- Email: Your full DigiGrow email address
- Password: The password DigiGrow provided you
That's it! You now have full access to your email, contacts, and calendar through your web browser.
⚠️ ALTERNATIVE OPTION: Microsoft Outlook (Not Recommended)
Important Privacy Warning
DigiGrow does not recommend using Microsoft Outlook for the following reasons:
- 🚨 Privacy Concern: Login credentials entered in the new Outlook are transmitted to Microsoft and processed in their data centers
- 📊 Data Collection: Microsoft may collect and analyse your email data
- 🔒 Security Risk: Your email credentials are stored on Microsoft's servers, not just DigiGrow's
- 🏢 Corporate Policy: Many businesses prohibit Outlook due to these privacy concerns
If you still wish to proceed with Outlook despite these concerns, follow the steps below.

Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.

- CalDAV URL (Calendar): https://mail.yourdomain.com/SOGo/dav/yourname@yourdomain.com/Calendar/personal/
